To the Visual Education Committee of the United States and Canada

Dear Bahá’í Friends:
Your letter of February 23rd was received by our beloved Guardian, and he has instructed me to answer it on his behalf.
He has no objection at all to copies being made of any photographs sent for The Bahá’í World volumes; you are free to make any copies you wish to of those at present being used for Volume X.
There is a great deal of interesting historic data preserved in old photographs of the Cause, and it would certainly be useful to use some of these in the manner you have in mind. Unfortunately at the present time it is not possible here to go through stored material, have copies made and send them on to you; the pressing work of the Cause is such as to keep him and everyone else busy all day long! But he hopes in the future this kind of work can be undertaken and such records shared with the friends.
He assures you of his interest in your work and his loving prayers on your behalf and for its success.
